Welcome to Play & Say. By booking a session, using our website, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Overview

Play & Say is a small-group, hourly drop-off child watch and enrichment program for children ages 2–7. We provide short-term supervision during scheduled sessions and walk-in child watch. Play & Say is not a licensed daycare, preschool, or childcare facility.

Eligibility

Children must be between 2–7 years old to participate.
Children must be healthy and able to participate in age-appropriate activities.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information at check-in.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

Children must be checked in and checked out by a parent or authorized guardian.
Parents/guardians must remain reachable by phone while their child is in our care.
Children must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.

Late Pickup Policy

Parents/guardians are expected to pick up their child promptly at the scheduled end time. A 10-minute grace period is provided.

If a child is picked up more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late pickup fee will be charged. Late fees are due at the time of pickup.

Walk-In Child Watch

Walk-in child watch is offered by the hour and is subject to availability and capacity.
Hourly rates are posted on our website and at our location.
Walk-in services may be limited during special events or scheduled sessions.

Reservations & Payments

Scheduled sessions must be reserved in advance through our website.
Payment is due at the time of booking or check-in.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Cancellations & Refunds

Missed sessions or late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of Play & Say.
Special events (such as Movie Nights) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Health & Safety

Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at check-in.
Play & Say reserves the right to refuse care if a child appears ill or unable to participate safely.
Emergency medical care may be sought if necessary.

Behavior Expectations

Children are expected to participate safely and respectfully.
Play & Say reserves the right to end a session early if a child’s behavior poses a safety concern to themselves or others.

Photo & Media Policy

Photos and videos may be taken for marketing or social media only with parent/guardian consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.

Liability Waiver

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree that participation involves normal childhood activities and risks. You release and hold harmless Play & Say, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

Changes to Terms

Play & Say reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
